Damon Allen Quarterback Academy

At the Damon Allen Quarterback Academy, each individual has the opportunity to become a success story through the support of dedicated and experienced professionals. Our program is taught in small classes with one-on-one training sessions and an intense training schedule. The Maximum of 12-1 student/teacher ratio ensures that each individual is given the proper attention and support.

Students of the Damon Allen Quarterback Academy will be put through intense training programs taught by professionals, including Damon Allen, as well as all-star athletes who have all played at the professional level. Upon completion of the program our students will have direct access scouts on a professional and amateur level. Whether the goal is to obtain an athletic scholarship, reach the professional level, or gain elite quarterback experience, The Damon Allen Quarterback Academy is committed to developing our students and prepare them for future success. Damon Allen QB Academy’s mission is to teach and show the core values of the Quarterback position.

Damon Allen QB Academy will focus on:

  1. Quarterback Leadership Skills Development.
  2. Classroom instruction on the passing game and Defensive coverage recognition.
  3. On-field innovative training through various footwork drills & techniques emulating game like situations.
  4. Consult with a coach on personal performance via film evaluation and breakdown of Offensive systems from previous games played.


The Damon Allen Quarterback Academy was launched in 2011 in which he personally teaches the skills and strategies of quarterbacking to students of all ages and skill levels. You will be learning from a CFL Legend, Hall of Fame QB Damon Allen. He is currently second in all-time professional football passing yards and second in all-time CFL passing yards. He is (in both the NFL & CFL) Pro-football’s combined passing & rushing leader with a total of 84,301 yds.


Allen retired as professional football’s all-time leading passer with 72,381 passing yards after he surpassed Warren Moon’s total of 70,553 yards (in both the CFL & NFL coDamon Allen MVPmbined) on September 4, 2006. Allen is the younger brother of Pro Football Hall of Fame Running Back Marcus Allen.

Allen has been mentioned as one of the greatest CFL quarterbacks of all time after winning four Grey Cups with four different teams, he also was a three time Grey Cup MVP. In 2005 he was the CFL Most Outstanding Player at 42 yrs. old, becoming the oldest MVP of any North American sports franchise. In 2012, he was elected into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame.
